You brew the magic, We’ll make the cauldrons

Criveller Group

The owners of Criveller Group know first-hand what it takes to run a successful brewpub. After 20 years of running their own brewpub, Bruno and Mario Criveller took their vast knowledge and hands on experience to begin manufacturing quality, turnkey Brewhouses. Criveller has since manufactured and installed over 600 brewhouse in over 10 countries, ranging in size from 2.5 bbl to 50 bbl systems.

Criveller has been manufacturing breweries since the 1970s. During this time, we have built numerous number of microbreweries and brewpubs throughout America, Europe and around the world. With more than 600 brewing systems installed worldwide, we can easily say that we are one of the leading North American manufacturers of brewing systems. As we are always looking to break into new emerging brewpub markets, we are focusing our energy on the explosive Indian brewpub market.

We recognize that every brewer and brewery is different, and we take pride in helping our clients plan their projects from start to finish. Whether you are just looking to start with your first system or looking to expand the business that you have cultivated for years, Criveller has the resources that can help you at every stage of the project.

Criveller Group Brewhouses

Our company takes pride in working with clients at every stage of their brewhouse projects. We consider all projects to be a custom design and we provide building layout, CAD, P&ID, process flow, custom project design and implementation.

At Criveller, our brewing systems are all built turnkey and offer several advantages that outshine those of our competitors. All vessels have an impeccable heating and cooling system through our jacket design. With a high percentage of dimples and an internal spacing of 7 mm, our jackets have 130% more heating and cooling potential than tanks with the usual 3 mm gap seen in inflated jackets. All rakes in our brewhouses include an automatic outplow paddle design. This allows the brewer to plow out spent grain just by reversing the direction of the rake. Our V-wire screens also represent our attention to detail. Criveller has recently introduced as standard in all brew kettles, water jet cut screen for our false bottom, this cutting method provides precise measured cuts. This improves drainage, increases efficiency, easy to remove for cleaning and promotes consistently clear wort.

Sanitation is always top priority when producing your brews. Criveller is proud to be one of the few North American companies that have a standard of making sure that every corner, tee, manifold etc. is fitted with TRC connections and clamped NOT welded. This allows our clients to inspect their system from every angle. On the areas that need to be welded, we make sure to grind smooth, polish and passivate every TIG weld. Even the largest possible stainless-steel sheets are joined and butt-welded to create a stronger tank.

To further ensure sanitation and quality, everything that meets your product, from the handles to the motor is 100% stainless steel and is made to be fully dismantled and easy to clean. While Criveller makes sanitation and quality a priority, we want to go even further in proving our dedication by ensuring visual satisfaction. We also offer various special features from linear piping systems to customized nameplates to ensuring that every vessel represents the same attention to detail that our clients show through their product.

Innovation is the main ingredient in providing progressive improvements to our Brewhouses. Recently we have created a new 7” touch screen panel for all of our Brewhouses. Our larger Brewhouses have two touch screen panels; one on the upper and one on the lower deck. This allows the brewer to make adjustments quickly, no matter where they are working at the time.

Our touch screen panel offers four standard operating controls. We also offer three upgradeable packages which can include: a wort collection flow meter from Lauter Pump to Kettle, Mixing Station cut-off, Step Infusion, and Ethernet connectivity for your phone or tablet.

Once you purchase with Criveller, we will be there for you and your equipment for life. With exceptional technicians and a large warehouse to house our parts selection, help and services are only a call away.
