Brewing Beyond Borders- A two state collaboration celebrating Indian Millets!!!

Mannheim Craft Brewery from Bangalore, Karnataka, and Great State Aleworks from Pune, Maharashtra, have come together for an exciting collaboration that’s all about innovation, sustainability, flavour & millets—India’s ancient grains that are seeing a modern revival.

This collaboration unites Maharashtra’s golden millet- Jowar, (30%) with premium Pilsner malt (70%) in this crisp, sessionable lager (4.9% ABV). Light-bodied with a whisper of earthy sweetness and a clean, refreshing finish—The Unfiltered Millet Lager - a limited-edition brew that’s bold, local & refreshingly innovative.
