Bengaluru’s craft beer scene continues to evolve as Red Rhino enters the retail space with its newly launched bottled craft beer range. Known for its strong presence across 100+ on-tap locations, the brand now brings its signature brews to select retail shelves, making craft beer more accessible to consumers.
Founded by Kishore Pallamreddy and Rachana Pallamreddy, Red Rhino has built a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality craft beer. With this launch, the brand extends its experience beyond taprooms, without compromising on flavour or brewing standards.
The bottled craft beer portfolio includes three of Red Rhino’s most popular styles: Golden Harvest Lager, Soul Surfer Hefeweizen, and Bangalore Daze IPA. Each variant is available in 330 ml bottles and reflects the same character and balance that defines the brand’s tap offerings.

Golden Harvest Lager (ABV 4.8% | IBU 17) delivers a clean, smooth profile, brewed with premium basmati rice for added softness. Soul Surfer Hefeweizen (ABV 4.9% | IBU 15) offers classic banana and clove notes, with a creamy mouthfeel rooted in traditional German brewing styles. Bangalore Daze IPA (ABV 6.8% | IBU 68) is a bold West Coast-style IPA, featuring bitter orange and mangosteen notes, crafted for hop-forward craft beer lovers.

All variants are brewed at Red Rhino’s commercial facility in Malur, located on the outskirts of Bengaluru. The brewery operates a 5-vessel brewhouse, supported by dedicated kegging lines, fermentation tanks, BBTs, and automated quality control systems. This setup allows Red Rhino to maintain consistency while scaling production.
Commenting on the launch, the COO of Red Rhino, Mr. Ashwin Nawani said, "When moving from draft to bottle, our goal was not to change the soul of the beer, but to make it more stable without compromising flavour. We fine-tuned our recipes to account for shelf life, optimised fermentation and packaging to reduce oxygen pickup, and avoided shortcuts such as heavy filtration or preservatives. The beer in the bottle reflects the same craft intent as what you’d experience on tap.”
Founder Kishore Pallamreddy described the bottled craft beer range as a significant milestone for Red Rhino, "This bottled range is a milestone in our evolution. We’ve always believed that great craft beer should be accessible, and now, we’re bringing our most-loved recipes directly to the doorsteps of Bengaluru's beer lovers. It’s the same Red Rhino spirit, just in a new, convenient avatar."
The bottled range features a distinctive sculpted design inspired by the rhino, symbolising strength and confidence. This design helps the product stand out in retail while reflecting the brand’s bold yet balanced philosophy.
Currently, Red Rhino’s bottled craft beer is available at select premium outlets across Bengaluru, including Balcony Bar, Drops, Beer Box, Wild Bar, Dewars, Top Shelf, and Liquids. The brand aims to expand its retail footprint to over 50 locations by March 2026.
Positioned within the premium craft beer segment, Red Rhino’s retail debut reflects the growing premiumisation of India’s beer market. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the brand plans to expand across on-premise and off-premise channels, with a focus on Bengaluru and Telangana.
Founded in 2016, Red Rhino, a division of Arrkp Hospitality, continues to focus on sustainable brewing, innovation, and community-driven experiences. With its entry into bottled craft beer, the brand strengthens its position as a key player in India’s evolving craft beer landscape.
