Five women brewers from across the city gathered at the brewhouse for a special women in brewing collaboration, turning a single brew day into a celebration of creativity and community.
The collaboration brought together the best of women brewers: Divya Baviskar, Sweettha Gunasekaran, Kajal Manchanda, Pooja Dhamanaskar, and Neethu K P, each representing a growing wave of women shaping India’s craft beer landscape. Working side by side in the brewhouse, the brewers combined their ideas, techniques, and brewing perspectives to create a beer that captured both the spirit of the occasion and the joy of collaboration.
The result of that collaboration is Pineapple Drift, a limited-edition pineapple lemongrass wheat ale with 5.5% ABV brewed to mark the occasion.
