Long Boat Brewing Company, the Viking Themed Brewery has recently launched in Bangalore and promises outstanding craft beers and exclusive culinary experiences.

Long Boat Brewing Company boasts stunning interiors with a millennium garden and an extravagant waterfall making up the setting to enjoy a wide range of brews and a whole new dining experience like never before. Along with their launch, Long Boat Brewing has lined-up eight delectable brews like Berliner Weisse, Watermelon Wheat, Hefeweizen, Belgian Witbier, Belgian Dubbel, Naught Zero IPA, West Coast IPA, Chocolate-Vanilla Stout. What’s even better is that these finely crafted beers are priced fairly competitively and reasonably with a pocket friendly price of 275 Rs for a 500 ml and they also offer a 250 ml for 200 Rs to encourage the brewery frequenters, at this price point they are lower than most of the microbreweries out here in the market.

Equipment is the heart of any brewery. Be it a brewpub or a production facility, the brewhouse is the foundation of the business and needs to work flawlessly. Long Boat Brewing Company has a state-of-the-art brewery with a brewhouse capacity of 10HL or 1000 Litres. The man behind their delectable brews is Karthik Singh – a beer enthusiast and self-taught brewer who dropped his white-collar software job to take up beer-brewing as a full-time career. Now, instead of writing codes, Karthik spends his time designing craft beer recipes for microbreweries. He is the head brewer for Long Boat Brewing Co. but his expertise in brewing beer transcends Bengaluru’s borders and earns him a prominent position in India’s craft beer space.

They also have a variety of cocktails with Aqua di Roja (A melange of litchi vodka served with a dash of toasted sesame seeds and rose),  Scandinavian Skies (A gin based concoction with fresh coriander and passion fruit) , and Long Boat Latte whiskey (Milk shaken and blended with a dash of a homemade spiced honey infusion and finished with edible gold dust) being the signature ones.

An extensive menu offers you global choices to complement the array of brews. The favourites are Long Boat Chicken Tikka, Nashville Hot wings, and Chicken steaks. We have a wide range of coastal food as well with Chicken Ghee Roast and Nuchiunde,  Mensinkai Bhajji being the signature ones.

Not only are Pets welcome, they also have regular pet therapy sessions. There is an enclosed event space as well, where corporations or individuals can host private parties and events. corporates and events.
